Privacy Policy

          Short version: Fortune Sphere does not collect personal data.
          There are no accounts, no analytics profiles, and no selling of your information.
        

This Privacy Policy describes how Nova Sector (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the Fortune Sphere mobile application and the website at fs.novasector.net (together, the “Service”).

1. We do not collect personal data

Fortune Sphere is designed to work without user accounts and without gathering personal information about you. We do not operate advertising trackers, marketing analytics profiles, or contact-list access for the purpose of collecting data about you.

In particular, we do not intentionally collect:

Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
Precise location history
Photos, contacts, or microphone audio for profiling
Behavioral analytics for advertising

2. What stays on your device

App settings, selected themes and skins, and any downloaded premium content you unlock are stored locally on your device (for example via on-device preferences and local files). That information is not uploaded to us as a personal profile.

3. Purchases and content delivery

Optional in-app purchases (such as premium themes, skins, or remove-ads) are processed by Google Play, not by a payment form we host. Google’s own privacy practices apply to those transactions.

If you unlock premium content, the app may send a purchase token, product identifier, and package name to our server solely so we can verify the purchase with Google and deliver the content you bought. We do not use that exchange to build marketing profiles or sell data to third parties.

4. Website

Our marketing website is primarily static. Like most sites, the host may generate ordinary technical server logs (for example IP address, user agent, and requested URL) for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify you for advertising.

5. Children’s privacy

Fortune Sphere is a general-audience entertainment app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us and we will delete it if any such data exists.

6. Data sharing and selling

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties for their independent marketing. Service infrastructure (hosting, Google Play) may process technical information as needed to run the Service under their own policies.

7. Security

Because we minimize what we store, there is little personal data to protect on our side. Local device storage is controlled by your device’s security settings and OS permissions.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
